Description​

When I took the throne of Byzantium, the law of inheritance changed from primogeniture to partition

Steps to reproduce​

I was playing as a duke under the Byzantine Empire and when I took the trone at the request of the faction, the law of inheritance changed from primogeniture to partition which is, I believe, a bug because I'm sure it was meant that Byzantium always has primogeniture (it is true for both start dates).

In short, I think the title of the emperor of Byzantium should be attached to the primogenitire (as, for example, the title of the emperor of HRI is attached to princely elections)
