[Bug] Blank event each time I acquire a new title

Tried two games in 1.8, one as a pirate and one as a khaleesi (both with ruler designer). Each time I win a war or revoke a title I get an event with no title, no description, and one "ok" option with no tooltip. Running on windows with the mod set up via the installer you guys provide.

This is known and has been fixed for the next update.
