Bug: Can't do anything in hideout

Sorry I didn't post in the bug forum, it won't allow me to make any posts there. But after I finished the first mission and got to the hideout, it just shows the characters standing around, and there is nothing I can do. Nothing happens, can't click on anything, can't even hit ESC. EDIT: Alt-F4 and loading save seemed to continue past that point.
