Bug: Colonising ruins issues uncreated b_title bug

In the case of some of the ruined provinces, I have received a notification that I have the wrong holding type for holdings that have not been created yet. This has occurred for me both in Ar Noy and Gohen Droh. It occurred when the ruins had a spouse that tried to inherit the titles of the ruins.

Also, the boats in the Ny Sar duchy are spawning in the middle of the provinces (I think Ny Sar is fine, but the others need to be adjusted).
