[Bug] discouraging factionalism with a dragon

Hi everyone,

Most of it is running smoothly and I love the new update, but when playing Aegon, whenever I get a report on discouraging factionalism, I get a special option (as a dragon rider) to pay him/her a visit with my dragon. Almost every time I click it now, it crashes to desktop. Is this a known issue?
