I started as a Khal with two sons and a daughter. Three bugs happened:
When I got the event to let my son ride his first horse two things were wrong:
1) The event picture was of my daughter, which I think is a known bug.
2) I get the horse riding event, instead of my son. Meaning I keep getting wounded and maimed Khals...
When I give land to a courtier everything goes fine until I give him a part of my Khalasar. When that happens, I get the land I gave him back, but he become Ko in another one of my grazing lands. It happened to me both times I tried it. One of those two was when I gave land to my son and heir. After that everything goes fine, my Khalasar is smaller, his gets larger etc.
When I tried moving my Khalasar I got a game over event (you have no Khalasar) during the move to the new grazing lands.
Note that only the first two bugs happen all the time. The game over one only happened once.
edit: now I think about it, I have also seen independent Ko's. I think that's a bug, as the manual said you should be called Khan 'regardless of rank'.
edit2: when I ruler-designed a Dothraki Khal, I started without a Khalasar and got a game over event in a month or two.
edit3: When I vassalized another Khal the same thing happened when I granted someone some land: he gave me his county title and he took another one from me. Later on he lost his lvl 2 Khalasar and I needed to give him some of mine!
Also, is winter supposed to happen in the Dothraki Sea?
