[Bug] Dragons cycling through riders ina matter of days/Dragons with Valyrian Swords

I have had this happen a couple of times in an Aegon's conquest scenario. It announces a new Dragon rider and then sequentially announces a number of different riders with the same dragon, then it stops. I have only seen this when an existing dragon gets a rider, not an egg hatching. This happened twice more before stopping. Additionally Baelax now has Blackfyre. I am sure if any true Targaryens are left as the Baraytheons inherited the iron throne.

Multiple characters seemed to have faced the same dragon at the same time, resulting in this. This has been fixed for the next version. The sword thing is noted however, thanks!
