[BUG] Fedir's skill "Spite" is not working

Spite is supposed to heal Fedir when he shoots enemies with his shotgun while raged, scaling with the number of enemies hit. I tested this multiple times in combat, even switching out cards after missions in case there was a weird compatibility issue with the skill and a card's passive, but I could not get the heal to trigger. If anyone has noticed other agent's skills not working as intended, please post below so we can help each other avoid wasting SP on on broken skills until they get fixed.
