BUG FIXED IN 1.01 : First bug.

First bug. I was playing Denmark (1836-1839) just to learn the do's and don'ts, and cheated like Bill Clinton. Build a couple of colony buildings in Africa, Nigeria and so on. Then I were ready to play for real, and started as USA. Those colony buildings were still there (1836). I had to restart the whole game to get 'em off the map. No biggi, but I thought that you most exelent guys at Paradox would be interrested.

Something with your graphic card drivers then.. Because it switches resolution then.
