Bug in sc. 1914-1918 loading

yesterday for first time, i had charged the sc.1914-1918, and I have got a preatty bug window message.

Silver window in loading screen (at the half of loading):

I'm using the ITALIAN VERSION OF VIC, WITH PATCH 1.03c.

Can you check this problem ?

Those usually show up if/when there is a duplicate ID/TYPE in the savegame file. (Examples are double of the same unit...double of the same leader...) This is obviously not a save file, so the set up must have gotten corrupt. Usually hitting the IGNORE will allow you past this.

I hate to say this but have you tried to reinstall fresh from the cd and applying patches and then attempting it again?
