I think there's a bug in the income calculations of Europa Universalis.
I'm playing England in the GC (German version with patch 1.03).
Having researched naval technology level 5 I've built a naval supplies manufactory in Bristol.
When I click on Bristol after the manufactory has been completed it is indicated that the province now generates 12 units of yearly income more than before (35 vs. 23).

But when I watch how much money actually arrives in my state treasury on January 1st of each year I must conclude that the 12 units of income from the manufactory are never added to my yearly income.
My yearly income before building the manufactory was 194 and after the manufactory has been operating for a full year my yearly income is still 194.
So the manufactory doesn't contribute a single ducat to my yearly income.
This can't be right, can it?

And, by the way, contrary to what is said in the handbook, I guess I don't get
any income from my vassal Hannover either.

Somehow the exact meaning of things gets distorted when they are translated through a few languages.

It is 12 more ducats each year that you recieve for manufacturies like that.. HOWEVER, it is distributed in the monthly income.

Yes you do Chancellor. But there is one more thingy.... You incomes are multiplied by your Infrastructural technology level / 10, which means incomes are proportional to how economical developed your country is. :)
