I'm assuming this is a bug, or it may not be.
I am using Windows 2000 and have EU 1.08
I started a new Campaign game as Spain. After a few turns I decided to load the English campaign I have been playing. It loaded my English campaign, but I was playing as the Spanish.
Problem: From the main menu, whatever country you start a game from there will also be the country that you play if you load up any saved game.
Side note: Going back to the main menu and loading the English Campaign would allow me to play as my English nationality.
