Was watching Etalyx's stream and he could not change the specialization in the university from auto to scientists (or to anything else either). He tried in two different universities. Looks like we have a bug.

Will there be a day one patch? I hadn't heard. If so that's good news.
I know xbox had a 1+ gb patch on boot up because people on xbox are already buying the game at best buy and gamestop and what have you. Theyve been put out early.
Judge nothing based on console experience. Especially install patches. It takes time to print those discs. They likely have a version of the game that is 3 to 6 months old.
That's a known issue in the build that streamers/youtubers are using but should be fixed in the release build.
