According to http://home.broadpark.no/~havmoe/EU/fileedit_t.htm#province :

"All provinces with gold should have 1, the other 0". I see what you're getting at; all other gold provinces are indeed 1 and metal are 0, so I guess the above three provinces are incorrect. Not sure what actual effect that might have, has anyone played with these values?

In any case I'll correct them and send them in. Thanks.
 
Oh, so this might not be a bug at all?
 
I thought you were saying the mine=1 doesn't create a mine, just the presence of metal or gold, and instead it only governed whether the can be increased by a random event.

So are we now saying that, according to Havard's site anyway, only gold can be a mine and thus liable for a random increase?
