I've twice experienced my game (Steam, most recent release) apply the echo sound effects, normally limited to the "utilities overlay", to all game effect sounds. Restart, nor reboot seems to help, and after reboot, and opening the game save, it continued. But disappeared as i curiously started a new game from the main, without any other restart or PC reboot. This has led me to conclude, that the game-file has a bad setting applied, which i have attached in hope, as its a "game breaking" bug from an experience standpoint.

I, sadly, cannot recall any action i did to provoke this. Thus, i theorize that when the wrong setting is set, it's stuck in the autosave already.

Edit: I've forgot to mention - no DLC, addons or any mods should be applied. I installed the lastest steam version, to see if i'm enjoying the game enough still, to purchase any DLC's.
