In my Martell game from 8000, Pentos fell to a slave revolt that had a Dothraki come to power. They remained a Republic, but every single Patrician family in the new republic were Dothraki Trios with the exact same dynasty name, Hago. Generally, I think that Dothraki need more names, as it seems to just be the same 8-9 names cycling, and what with the constant overthrow of Dothraki rulers, I often see completely different dynasties with the same name. I've seen Temmo at least 5 times now.
