[Bug report] Succession laws

Dorne's succesion laws are set on "agnatic-cognatic" on most of the scenarios when it should be "cognatic", of course.

And also, is the "gavelkind" law (instead of primogeniture) normal for the Iron Throne and the Lord Paramouncies ? ("Iron Throne civil war for primogeniture" just after Robert's Rebellion all the time, seriously ? Especially when Ned is the leader of the rebellion... )

There is a vanilla problem where laws of titles are reset to agnatic-cognatic gavelkind after a title is usurped. Dorne does start Cognatic, it's just probably being erroneously reset.

Ok, after a quick test, i realised the problem came from the fact I used the "no crown authority" submod, which messed up the succession laws. (obviously because it was for 4.7.2)
