Update:#17 all DLC enabled
When navigating through the different Tax Decree's with the D-Pad specific Decree's will be skipped. There seems top BE an wrong arrangement of these.
Additionally when playing as non muslim Clan Gouvernement Ruler (iranian heritage and mazdayasna faith) you can't assign Tax Collectors at all. The Tax Collector Count shows 0/0. In my playthrough I have like 10 Vassals (Most of them mazdayasna faith as well, but also some different muslim faiths). The Problem ist the Tax Collection, I'm getting like a little bit of Taxes and Levies, but it's relatively low. So I'm not sure if this is a Bug or a Feature, but because you can't change Gouvernement to feudal it is a bit annoying.
