bug report: vassal won't accept daimyo title

1.2: I could post a save, but I have one daimyo that I've promoted (1st born son), and have a couple more daimyos that I've subjugated. I have two other sons and even though they keep asking me to promise giving them the next daimyo-ship, they won't accept it in the diplo panel. Compplicating things, the youngest keeps asking for more kokujin titles, although he's already got 5, and won't accept more. Weird. Sorry, wrong forum. Mod, plz move
