Found a few bugs I thought might need highlighting.

1) When I "demolished" my shipyards, ships they had already built and were safely in dock (but not assigned to fleets) are now stuck in the port. I can see them as a little "docked" (brown) ship icon on the map view, but they don't show in the docks panel.

Surely downgrading shipyard would not affect the dock?

2) Noticed considerable slow-down when the year rolls over (for it to work out the accounts sheet?) since 1722.

3) I read that there was a cooldown on an AI fleet re-attacking the same fleet straight after you come out of a battle. But this is not working as far as I can tell because randomly I get attacked straight away again.

4) Also the saving of the game takes a lot longer than it did in earlier game. I realise there is a lot more to save in terms of positions of fleets etc, but the extra time taken seems out of ratio to the "size" of the game if you know what I mean.
