[Bug?] Rouge realms

Ok so I revently formed the kingdom of westeros after the 1st king died 4 of the paramonts declared independence, Riverlands, north, westerland, and dorne, but after the war ended and every one stood down. Ironisles, north, vale and a duchy in river land are stil independent, I declared royal conquest of iron isle but it just ended and then a few months later I rejoined the kingdom. But now the vale, north, and the duchy are still independent. Both the North and vale I can't declare royal or dragon conquest on, soooo how the hell do I get these 2 rouge lord paramonts to join me, both have high opinions, 50+ but because they are kings I can't vassalize.


EDIT: Ok, the old paramont of north just died and his son/ my Friend inherited it and I can now call conquest.

EDIT 2: Ok Lord of the vale died declared war, war just suddenly ended and now the reach and vale have gone rouge.

Note: The standdown event fired off.

The duchy, vale and reach were at peace, I reloaded used console to gain the vale and vasalised arryn, but now the rock is experiencing a civil war (Looks like the lannisters are screwed) hopefully they will rejoin..


EDIT: It was very short and they did rejoin.
