Bug: Still getting vassals I don't want or need

I thought this bug was fixed when the release came out. I tried Aegon's Conquest bookmark twice again (Apart from my previous post), both times, I appear to vassalize Baavos when I delcare the Kingdom of Westeros as well as several Dothraki tribes near Ibben.

Nope, the two submods I'm using (Bloodlines, More Decisions) are updates for 1.0

Try it without More Decisions.
