[Bug] Unavailable Important Decision prompt and a Dornish Wall

For whatever reason I keep getting the important decision prompt to name one of my brothers as my champion despite nothing happening that needs a champion and my not being able to do anything about it.

Also for whatever reason the wall is now controlled by the Dornish.

I had that bug happen when I (manually) named my brother to the Kingsguard. Seemed harmless.

I keep having the same bug, consistantly.

Both the bugs are harmless they just annoy me.

I would like to know if there is a way to fix the nights watch so it operates as normal though.

console commands to shift the titles to an appropriate holder would seem like the best option.
