[BUG] Vanilla? Chancellor killed while fabricating

When fabricating a claim, I got the event where my chancellor was killed (it showed her dead). I then promptly replaced my Chancellor, and the event finally resolved killing the new guy. I am not sure if this is a vanilla problem or not. It it is, let me know and I will post it for Paradox.

Yeah this would be a vanilla issue, as the fabricate claim events haven't been changed much from vanilla.
