bug: VSYNC and AA box selection

Hi,
I have noticed that the vsync doesn't seem to work properly, even if selected in the option menu the fps are not a multiple of 30/60.
Also I cannot select Vsync alone, each time I uncheck Anti Aliasing then check Vsync it selects both AA and VSync...
/EDIT: for the last comment its true only if I do not select Custom option.

Bump, same issue here, vsync doesn't seem to work, crazy screen tearing.
