playing liberal Spain in GC scenario in the Spanish version 1.03c. After the creation of the three or four initial leaders, which works well, the program gets crazy ans subsequent creation not always work: you ask for a new leader, the program discounts the leadership points but then nothing happens 70-80% of times and no new leader appears :wacko: . This is very annoying since getting back the 20 points that it costs for liberal Spain to create a new leader takes quite long. There is always the option of cheating with command leadership that refills your leadership count
, but it is not great to fix the bug with a cheat.
