Summary bug with shadow hitler and other figures Platform Steam Operating System windows Game Version 1.16.5 Enabled DLC All of the above Do you have mods enabled? No Description so I recently bought the game, I am not nor I ever was in germany, but I got the hitler picture blured, never have I gotten the historical german portraits dlc. is there a pissible way that I could get it ? Steps to Reproduce I dont know, maybe I could get it gifted or something ? Are you playing on a save from the previous/older version of the game No Upload Attachment

I have no idea how this would happen, honestly. It isn't really a game-side issue, so I'd recommend sending a ticket to customer support.
