My prison has a capacity of 160 prisoners. So I ordered 160 prisoners and half of the busses stopped and gave me 80 prisoners but the other half of the busses just drive by and respawn and drive by in an infinite loop. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but nothing works. I've even tryed playing as a warden and ordering prisoners to see if I was just a bad architect but it did the same thing. This started happening ever since the update....
