I found a IA Empire's planet (Relique world with the interplanetary machinery digsite on it), that is literally intouchable, you cannot interact with the dig site or the planet, it can't be bombed,invaded or colonized. The planet icon doesn't appear on the galaxy map, once your into the sistem (Stratal sistem) the planet has the orange planet simbol and it appears as uncolonized but if you get into the planet it does have buildings(Doesn't have any planetary admin building),it has plenty of pops and a defensive army.
