Eborcanum (or whatever the Roman capital city is called) appears to be bugged in my game. I have already taken all of the Roman provinces, right up to Hadrian's wall, and there is no Roman army left except the Emperor (and his army is "impossible"), and yet my quest won't progress. One of my quests is to capture Eborcanum, and I have obviously, but it won't finish. I have NO quests on my map currently, so I don't know what to do at this point.
I think it's maybe because I took Eborcanum (just the city, not province) before I got the quest? No idea, but it looks like my game is bugged and I can't progress. I'm playing on normal mode btw.
