Bugs in PS4 patch update

Hi since last patch up date on my PS4. My clinics are not dispatching ambulances. So people are ending up dying, hence increased demand of deathcare. How can i fix that ?
I have already tried placing more Gyms and yoga gardens.
Warehouses will not store anything if they are assigned to store plastic.

Hmm, I think the same thing is affecting Xbox after the patch. I notice that I have to create Medical Helicopter Depots and at least they go to where the sick people are...

I am doing the same... but i hope they will fix it soon and make cities skylines more better for gaming cansoles.
