Bugs related to wall lights

1. Can't place wall lights on walls that have barbed wire on them, or cant place barbed wire on walls that have lights on them.

2. Indoor wall lights work whether there is power installed in a building or not.

2nd may not be bug as they are meant to work without external power like flood light and street lamp.

Both are not bugs.

Wall light works the same way as normal light that is placed outdoor and you can't place it on the walls and fences with barbed wire on it because both (lights and barbed wire) are objects and simply get blocked by other objects.

This however could be suggested to be changed which shouldn't be hard to do.
