Soo all of my prisoners wants luxurys. I have a shop but they don't want to work in their. So they don't get luxurys and get pissed off. I have noticed that they doesn't work in the workshop either.. or the mail room. The only place that works is the cleaning room and library. Why?! I have all the DLCs, i have also enabled prisoners privileges so they are allowed to work. but.. nothing is working.

So i rage quited my prison, staring from the skratch.
Started a new prison and the tatto remover and the fight club room is gone? I have gangs enabled. Tried it a few times but those 2 rooms didnt show up.

This is due to a bug setting privelages to off by default instead of on. You can fix it with the free Cleared for Transfer dlc. It will also be fixed for all new prisons with the Kickstand patch on Oct 11

Sorry, but I'm getting pissed because that's the answer I get everywere but like I have typed I HAVE ALL THE DLCs and it still dosen't work! I have privileges on ON and it still dosen't work. I really hope it get fixed on the 11 Oct. Because this answer that "it works if you have cleared for Transfer" isn't correct. Sorry if it sounds rude, but I'm really pissed about this. I bought all the DLC for 500 Swedish kr and now I can't play it.

Could I get a copy of your save file to look at then? Apologies, but everyone I’ve seen with this issue has had it fixed by the policy change. Since this isn’t the case for you I’d like to find what will fix it.

Im trying to find the save files now, but here you have 2 pics that shows my problem. 2 diffrent prisons.

Awesome, I’ll take a look at them for the work issue.

Also, looking at the gangs, you selected ‘legacy’ which is the gang system IV put in. Due to it being so different from the gangs added with the Gangs DLC you can’t switch between them once a file has started. I hear in the discord some players editing a save file, but we don’t support that as there’s no promises it will work correctly.

So my rooms problem I need to have it to low, medium or high for it to have the rooms? I will try that. Looking forward to get back from you with the work issues when you have the time. :)

Hey there, so I loaded up the City save and figured out the work issue.

You had more jobs open than prisoners that wanted to work and not attend programs. Prisoners like laundry and cleaning more than other jobs as they're 'easy'. I adjusted the job ratio and now they're working in the shop, mail room, etc.

Okej. And its the same in the other save file? Their is More prisoners in that prison. Girls pink file.

Thanks for the help. I have taken away the oppetunity to work in cleaning and it worked.
but now i have another problem after 11 oct and the new upptade.
Staff just stand still with ther food, not moving and then just drops it on the floor. The chefs dosen't clean it up either..
