What can I say, I needed an heir, so I legalized the First Night.
That said, I've noticed a few issues. Firstly, there is the event where you "think back to a now outlawed custom" of the first night. Except, obviously it's not "outlawed" any more.
Also, I have a problem where my cruel character always claims the first night when he attends a wedding. You get the option with the pop-up where they ask your assent and you can choose to take your vassal's first night, but I also trigger it when I attend an ordinary wedding as well (i.e. when a relative is married, they send you a wedding invitation; rejecting angers your vassal, while accepting means you take the first night, which...really angers your vassal, and possibly knocks up the bride). This leads to extreme awkwardness when I marry off a daughter to some vassal, and then he invites me to celebrate the wedding...
EDIT: I don't think it should make a difference, but I deleted the escape and demand freedom event lines from the slavery events file.
