Building stuck in progress (won't complete) due to temporary province occupation.

Problem: was building the "medium stone wall" in Westminster, Essex and there was a civil war in which the castle was sieged and occupied. The pretender rebel was killed in battle leading to an abrupt end of the war. However before the fighting I was building the medium stone wall and now it will not complete! So I have a half built wall and I dont see how I can cancel production to get around the bug so essentially the holding is stalled. Not sure what caused the problem, the siege while building in construction or maybe the way the war ended?

There is a reported issue with holdings and upgrades having an obscenely long build time, but I'll look into it and see if it's the same issue.
