Buying CK: Complete with Credit Card?

I'd like to buy CK: Complete...based on what I've seen, I can only do this at Gamersgate. However, Gamersgate (probably not wanting to pay interchange) only allows credit card payments via paypal or moneybookers.

Normally this would be fine.

But I just moved from the U.S. to China, and so all my credit cards are U.S. cards, but Paypal thinks I've been hacked (and they'll only verify me if they can call me on a landline) and Moneybookers requires address verification via snailmail!!!!

So...do any of you fine friends know a way I can use a credit card to purchase CK: Complete?

I want to give Paradox money...their intermediaries just won't let me...

Your best option is to either contact Gamersgate or your creditcard company directly.

Its also available on impulse, but I'm not sure if their rules are any different from gamersgate.
