I wanted to buy this game via Paradox site, so the money goes to who 'made'the game possible, but i noticed that it is actualy 10% more expensive then on Steam or is there something i overlooked?

Yes, in theory they should have this stuff available here too, they do know what games you own so they should be able to hook the stuff up.

I logged in the store and checked and no discount, so the obvious answer is: No discount. Maybe it's a Steam exclusive or maybe they don't have the system in place to check for the discount condition (heck, maybe even both!).

It is weird, you would think that it is Paradox who initiated or took the decision to give owners of Cities a discount so why not at their very own shop. Anyway thatnks for the response.
