BYZ trade power not correctly calculated in Genoa Trade node

BYZ trade power not correctly calculated in Genoa Trade node

Description​

Playing as BYZ my trade power in all nodes are calculated correctly, except in the Genoa trade node for some weird reason. Pics are attached and so is the game file. So although I own Napoli and Paloma and the combined trade power is 50, in the node itself my power is zero - shown merely as 3! It calculates the trade power for all other powers in the node correctly except for me playing as BYZ.

Playing as Byz in ironman, no Kings of Kings

Something very wrong with the new bug report form. I am unable to post any bug reports if I attach a file. Also, unlike the one where one could add files now one must ensure all the files to attach must be in the same upload folder!?

Does it work if you attach the files by editing your post or comment or by writing a new comment with the attached files?
