Byzentine bugs

Description​

The theme system dont give what its supposed to give ( give no land bonus/cost no autority )

Restore the masters office ( gov reform) - dont add -0,01 autonomy pr lvl of statesmen
Mainstence the balence of power dont add a bonus relations

Steps to reproduce​

I dont cheat, and since its gov reform/missions, they shoud be easy

The theme system dont give what its supposed to give ( give no land bonus/cost no autority )

I checked your save. You didn't even enact the reform in your save. And the land force limit is not a direct bonus of the reform. Instead it is an addition to the nobility land rights privilege which you haven't enacted either. If you enact the reform and the privilege, you will get those bonuses:

This seems to be missing indeed.

Where do you see this effect? I only see +1 diplomat and all estates' loyalty equilibrium +5%:

And they are both working in your save.
