So whenever I use unlimited money cheat, industrial demand comes down to zero. At first I created the world with unlimited money and it gave me no industrial demand at all. Then I tried creating normally, building some blocks of industry then enabling the cheat ; but again demand became zero. I don't really care about factories but I need offices and offices build with industrial demand. Any way of solving this problem?
