C0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) error

Description​

Each time I start a game (for examepl Prussia) the game crashes to desktop.
I have Found this issue alos comes up with Imporator: Rome.
I had reset my pc for a 'clean slate' but the issue sadly remained.

If a solution could be found for this then you'll be my hero of the month.

Steps to reproduce​

start game, choose country to play, see loading screen for 3 seconds and then the game will crash to desktop.

Hello! Since you are running 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF CPU, the issue is likely the Intel instability issue described here https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-com...gen-cpu-instability-but-no-definitive-fix-yet

FIRST please check for an updated bios. Then please implement the “Intel Default” option in it, if present.

If that's not there or doesn't help, please go through the above post in detail.
