Camera stuck after loading

Hello, after installing 1.0.3 hotfix I could play only once, now camera get stuck after loading any savegame. It zoomed out completely. It doesn't zoom in, although when trying to zoom in or out, writings on the map change. What should I do to fix this? Logs are attached.

Downgrading to 1.0.2 did not help.

Starting new game doesn't help. The game is tottally unplayable.

This is exactly the problem that I have, plus the map slowly moves to the left until the screen is just black.

Guys, I opened a ticked in Paradox Support page and they told me to unplug any console controllers (Xbox 360 Controller in my case) before starting the game. It worked!

thanks - i also have a Xbox 360 controller attached so i'll try unplugging it.

ok working for me as well now i have unplugged the 360 controller. I'm sure i've previously run it with the controller attached, ah well as long as its working now
