I hope someone here can help me figure out what I am doing wrong. I wanted to build a campus but I have to do it in a campus zone. I checked the zone and district page and there was no campus zoning option. I saw on Reddit that I need to build an administrative building so I did a little campus zone appeared but I can’t make it bigger or delete it. Even if I delete the building the little zone is still there. I can’t interact with that zone it’s just there. I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong or if my game is just not working as it should. I’m on console btw.

You need to use the specific district tool, "Paint Campus Area" it is probably further to the right of the other paint "Districts and Areas" tools.
