Can Fungoids get the Bloomed trait?

I see that Fungoids can take the Mycorrhizal Ideal civic, which allows them to build Gaia Seeders, which according to the wiki, only gives Bloomed to Plantoids at phase 4.

It seems like Plantoids are receiving an additional benefit for using the M Ideal civic that Fungoids can't get - is this accurate?

It checks for the is_flora_species scripted trigger, which does include Fungoid portraits.
