Hi, I started as the Duke of Galicia, pledged allegiance to Castille and eventually broke free as the Kingdom Of Portugal. Is there any way at all I can switch to any of my other titles? Like King of Leon,Castille,Aragon, or Andalusia?

Yes, you can do that in two ways
By save-game editing
f.e. change Portugal (PORT) to Castille (CAST)
1. Open your save-game with Wordpad or Notepad
2. Search and replace all entries of PORT with XXXX
3. Search and replace all entries of CAST with PORT
4. Search and replace all entries of XXXX with CAST
Remember to only replace PORT and CAST and not entries like Portuguese or Castiliian
Or you can do it by giving away the title that you want as your primary title to your heir and then save and reload the game as your heir and then kill off your previous ruler.
I'd like to make my character German king, but my main title is king of brittany and I am also king of Bohemia. How can I make King of Germany my main title? Thanks.
Same process as above.
If you have DVIP Brittany's tag is PISA, so do the below replacements:
PISA to XXXX
GERM to PISA
XXXX to GERM
Make to sure to select 'match case' or 'case sensitive' when replacing; you do not want to change 'german' to 'PISAan'.
This will swap the tags for Brittany and Germany so you end up as King of Germany, Brittany, and Bohemia.

Interesting. I always thought that Pisa refers to city in Tuscany rather than to the Celtic domain in Armorica.
In early versions the Republic of PISA was a King-level title. But now it's a Duke-level title so jordarkelf an extra King-title lying around just waiting to be used, and in Brittany he had a substantial area that had no King-title...Interesting. I think it was weird duchy/kingdom amalgam, which in some respects acted like kingdom but in other aspects worked like duchy (and which never worked well). If I remember correctly if you demanded their primary title it was counted as duchy in your list of titles.
PISA is a kingdom level tag, but it was downgraded to a duchy level in the scenario. This usually works well, but can lead to some issues.
For the post-1.05 IPs and Deus Vult, all the Christian cases of these downgraded kingdoms were replaced with real duchy tags.
The muslims still use some downgraded kingdom tags (MJER/Muslim Jerusalem is a kingdom tag for example, but set as duchy level by me to make it possible it is a vassal of FATI/Muslim Egypt).
The PISA tag was unused in DV so I used it for the Celts
