allso The buildtimes for Ships are Correct.

What did you change? I wasn't aware that we had any problems with the buildtimes for ships. Are you talking about Bismarck or Tirpitz? They are being eliminated from the OOB here soon.

I allso have Changed the Leader file to Include Fewer Leaders and reduced Ranks and NO SKILL. The file Represents Millitary rank in the 1936-1938. The Rankes changed after the Invasion of Polen. This makes the Leaders a little bit more Valuable. I would suggest revamping all leader files in the game. P.S. I HAVE NOT GIVEN THE LEADERS LOADS OF SPECIAL TRAITS.... (like some guys do).

The leaders file is still being handled by Paradox. There is a thread for leader file changes in 1.06 on the main forum. We haven't made any changes to the base leaders files.

Welcome to the group. MDow

I just need to know WHO decides if somthing goes into CORE??
Shall I post all my files here ??
Cant I just e-mail somone the files I have changed or the bits and pices that I have, Events etc.
If I post it it takes a LOT of space..
Thanks

Smark74, as CORE got rather big team of contributors, the way of adding things to CORE is a bit complicated.

First, I suggest discussing the changes on the proper thread (CORE Germany - http://www.europa-universalis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=72397&page=30&pp=25 comes to mind, but in case of adjusting their naval power CORE: Naval Tech is probably better one).

I guess no one will really object the idea of extra events, but some other changes are not that obvious (adding free units 'from Austria', while Germany inherits all the Austrian Army or serious modification of the leaders, that may lead to German AI using Himmler instead of more talened ones ;)).

We generally try to reach consensus (or at least neutral reactions of forum members) before adding something to the mod. It usually leads to numerous adjustments and modifications of ready material.

If you want to contact someone who is closest to the "man in charge", I suggest Steel, he is our project manager. But I suggest discussing things on the proper thread before. :)
