Heh, just wondering. I mean, if I conquer my world with Japan, I want the history of the Star Empire of the Rising Suns to reflect this.

Setting aside that this is silly and will not happen -
I don't think it really follows that a reasonable result of HoI would be predictive of history 500+ years later in the age of stellar empires. I mean, who would have called China becoming one of the most influential world powers from 1945? Or the soviet union being gone without there having been another world war? Even the extent to which the European colonial empires fell apart / transformed might have been a surprise. And that's just 70 years ago. Now, actual one side legitimately conquers the world results like you quote... well, I don't think arguing whether it's reasonable for them to remain steady state is even a particularly meaningful question, as they're pretty absurd to begin with. Even Rome's period of dominance was only a few centuries, though, and that was just regional.
