Probably more intense than EU2, So if you cannot run EU2 I would say you would have problems.
 
Well you could try with the sound off, the intro movies diabled, and play on the slowest speed. Does that work for EU2?

Never tried the "sound off" with EU II.... =/
alas, I don't have the game (HoI) yet, I'm asking this before I'm buying (just in case). =(

Best pass on it until you upgrade then. Sorry, but better to be honest with you and lose the sale than have you upset.

Well.... does someone caritative there has from $500 to $700 US dollars that can GAVE me?. =(
as I can't get enough money to upgrade my PC :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( ......

... yes I know, I know, I know, but that's a kinda ironical way to say that I just can't afford an upgrade =(
