Both were Christian rites that developed separately of mainstream Chacedonianism(technically at the games start the Pope is just the patriarch of of Rome and the formal split, whilst under way because the diverging rites between the Greek and Latin worlds hasn't happened yet. So are nominally the same church) yet Mozarabic get an option to formally reject the nascent Latin rite that will become Catholicism. Yet Insularism get no such option. Why cant a Celtic high king or anglo-saxon/norse king who for whatever reason wants out from the control of Rome do the same as their Mozarabic contemporaries?

I added this in the TIP2 mod a while ago, as well as a similar thing for Druze.
