I don't even have a ck2.exe, all I have is a ck2game. And nothing works.
Does a reinstallation work?
And is that even possible with a steam copy or do I have to pay twice? This is the first game that required steam that I play.

If you don't have a ck2.exe, something is wrong. To reinstall, just right click the game in the Steam library and choose to delete local content. Then right click again and install the game.
